Blu-U treatment is not a laser. It emits a safe, cool, visible blue light to provide an effective solution for acne treatment. After treatment, patients may experience some temporary reddening and minimal swelling of the acne and surrounding skin. The skin will be very sensitive to sunlight for 24-48 hours.
